Eadward (Anglo-Saxon for Guardian and the name of the cherub that appears on packaging) is the brainchild of Fashion Designer-turned-Perfumer Kareema McLendon, along with her sister Felice. It was the desire to find a quality, special fragrance at a reasonable price that drove Kareema to start blending oils. With the encouragement of her sister, Eadward was launched in the Fall of 2004. Drawing inspiration anywhere from her unrelenting cravings for chocolate to growing up near the ocean in Virginia Beach, Kareema has created five fragrances that can either be worn alone or layered together.
